The Aluma-Foam^® Insulated Roof has a 30-year Limited Warranty - Transferable, the best guarantee in the business.

1. Low spots in the roof are reinforced with insulation to correct pitch and water runoff. Awnings and screen rooms are flashed with our custom designed awning flashing.

2. Rigid polystyrene insulation installed on the existing roof, adds soundproofing and strength. 2" · 3" or optional tapered boards to increase pitch and to seal in heating and cooling dollars.

3. Premium heavy duty aluminum roof skin is placed over the insulation and the 2 ½" perimeter eave installed around your home.

4. Metal vent covers are installed and fasteners sealed making them leak proof. Sealants are guaranteed by manufacturer.

5. You haven't seen the last of us. Our full-time service department is available upon request for periodic inspections.
